In Valmont, walking in the wood, strolling around the Vivier’s pond: just 300m from the cottage. Walk in the footsteps of Eugène Delacroix, Georges Cuvier or Guy de Maupassant. Cycling on the Vélo Route du Lin, bikeline, towards Fécamp following the course of the river or towards Cany-Barville, leaving the bottom of the valley. Fishing days or half-days are organized in ponds at Colleville: 4kms. The nearest beach is in Petites Dalles: 8 minutes by car. It is patrolled by lifeguards and you can also do some inshore fisheries. In Fécamp you can visit the marina, see the sea and its high cliffs. There is also the Benedictine Palace where is made the famous liquor. Finally you can go to the aquatic center, which provides inside and outside swimming pools and a relaxing space with hamman and sauna. The natural site in Etretat is famous around the world. In this city there is a golf course of 18 holes where you can practice this sport by the cliffs. The smallest river is in Veules les Roses where you can easily stroll: 25kms. Lac de Caniel is an open-air leisure complex: walk around a lake, kids playground, swimming, pedal-boat, water-skiing, bowling, restaurant… located in Cany-Barville: 10kms. In Giverny, discover the world of Claude Monet, one of the masters of Impressionism, who has worked so much on the Côte d'Albâtre.
