Prices and Avaibility 2024

Choose your Week (from Saturday 16:00 pm till Saturday 11:00 pm):  

The price above includes: electric consumption of 8kw per day, water.

The price above does not include: electric consumption above 8kw per day (0,32€ kw), bed linen and towels, tourist tax of 1,50€ per person and per day, subject to price updates (except for children below 18 years old).

A down payment of 50% of the total amount has to be paid when booking by bank transfer, (charges on your own).

The balance of your reservation wll be paid in cash upon arrival, or by bank transfer 1 week before your arrival.

Thank you to supply an insurance attestation for the gîte during your stay.

A deposit of  400 € ( cash ) is required when handing over the keys and is refundable at end of renting.

When leaving, the leaser commits himself to returning the place as clean as it was when he arrived. Cleaning fee is about 70 € and will be deducted from the 400 € deposit if this one is not done.

Cleaning package : 49 €  (if you do not want to clean the gîte when leaving)

Bed linen renting : 15 €  per simple bed, 20€ per double bed

Towels renting : 6 €  per person
